Our company got its start in the summer of 1990. We began as a tower maintenance company specializing in communication tower inspections, routine maintenance and installation of antenna systems and transmission lines. Soon we constructed our own communications sites and secured a dealership with Vertex/Standard (then,Yaesu USA).
Today we own three communication tower sites and manage several others. It was a natural progression to build private carrier conventional repeater systems to service our two way radio customers. Coverage of these systems includes Blair, Huntingdon, and Cambria Counties.
While striving to provide our customers with a complete line of communication products, we began construction of a paging system in the spring of 1993 with a single transmitter in Blair County covering Altoona, Hollidaysburg, and surrounding areas within the county.
We have grown to cover more than 40 Pennsylvania counties with 12 transmitter sites. We offer digital display as well as Alphanumeric paging. Our pagers are accessed through phone numbers that are local calling in the 814 area code where Verizon is the local carrier.
Recently we built three UHF trunking repeater systems for our two way radio customers. The new format allows better use of the radio channels and nearly zero wait time, even during hours of peak-use.
We continue today to provide quality service in our communication tower maintenance inspections, installations and construction services, specializing in Cellular antenna and feedline installations and tower inspections.
Most recently, we have included Satellite Television services from Directv and Dish Network. We have two salespeople dedicated to DIRECTV residential and commercial service and a team of three installation technicians on staff.
We continue to grow with our introduction of emergency lighting products from 911EP, and point to point Wireless Ethernet to our lineup.
